Shipping & Returns
Our Founder makes all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders on the same business day they are received, but sometimes they just need a little extra care so please allow up to 3 business days for your online orders to ship.
You will receive the tracking information via email. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Tacoma,WA. If you would like your order expedited please select Priority Express or UPS Express at checkout.
Due to the nature of our product, used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replace the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to meltdbyk@yahoo.com.
